ArcelorMittal Calvert is a state-of-the-art steelmaking and finishing facility in Calvert, Alabama, just north of Mobile. Formerly known as AM/NS Calvert under a 50/50 joint venture with Nippon Steel, ArcelorMittal completed the acquisition of Nippon Steel’s stake in June 2025 and now owns the operation outright.
